the included breakfast was convenient with a standard offering and tasty mini pancakes. i found the room sufficient for my needs with very comfortable beds. temperature control worked well and tea and coffee making facilities were available. the room was clean and the hotel provided a hot buffet breakfast.
the lift occasionally experienced brief periods of being out of service and this caused slight delays

the room was a little underwhelming a small room meant maneuvering around luggage was tricky the bathroom extractor fan sounded like a jet engine i tried to ignore it but it was quite the distraction the breakfast buffet needed some serious help coffee was weak eggs were rubbery overall a rather bland experience

I stayed a few nights and had to practically beg for fresh towels. apparently, if you're staying longer, basic hygiene is a luxury you need to fight for. the breakfast was a repetitive saga of the same sad options, and the dining area was like a chaotic school cafeteria during peak hours.
